Age
50 – 55 years

Qualification
Masters with Finance background preferably MBA

Experience
At least 10 years experience in managing large industrial concern manufacturing high value consumer products , preferably of a listed public company.

Job Responsibilities:

Directing, coordinating and executing all sorts of operational activities of all of this organization.Heading all the Departments.To formulate overall management policy, procedure and control in the companyPrepare & present annual business plan to the Senior Management for expansion and growth.Responsible for Profit and Loss, Business Development and Growth.To be responsible for overall organizational financial management including financial plan & budget & financial control of the company.To assess organizational performance against both the annual budget and the long-term strategy.To develop tools and systems to provide critical operational information to the management and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations.To be well cognizant about the local law and rules in respect to RJSC, BSEC, Bank, NBR and other statutory bodyHe shall be expert in handling of any crisis or emergency situation.He shall be capable enough to operate, execute and direct all sorts of responsibilities entrusted upon him independently without any limitation by enjoying absolute professional freedom.to ensure that principal risks of the Company are being monitored and managed;to ensure effective internal controls and management information systems are in place;to ensure that the Company has appropriate systems to enable it to conduct its activities both lawfully and ethically;to communicate effectively with shareholders, employees, Government authorities, other stakeholders and the public;to keep abreast of all material to ensure that the Directors are properly informed and that sufficient information is provided to the Board to enable the Directors to form appropriate judgments;to ensure the integrity of all public disclosure by the Company;to ensure that all activities are conducted in accordance with all applicable laws and the Company’s standards and policies, including its environmental, safety and health policies.To monitor the Company's daily operations, as well as to supervise the undertakings of each of its operational units and organizational sectors, as well as the discharge of duties of the Company's employees in all areas.To perform any other assignment instructed by the Board.The Company offers attractive remuneration & fringe benefits and in-house / on the job training and foreign training as well to the deserving candidates.
